The tax lawyers of ETG are highly sought after for their experience and reputation .  Three of the tax lawyers possess preeminent training, as evidenced by their Masters of Laws (in Taxation) degrees from the nation's leading tax program - the New York University School of Law. Two of the tax lawyers have been elected by their peers to leadership positions of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation and the State Bar of Texas Section of Taxation, and further have lectured and presented technical papers at the leading tax institutes in the United States. Kevin Thomason is recognized as one of the national experts on like kind exchanges. William Elliott has published the leading treatise on the law of Federal tax collection and also the leading reference book for State of Texas tax laws, and he holds dual specialization certificates in Tax Law and Estate Planning & Probate from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
